NEW YORK – New York most influential financial medium, The Wall Street Journal, reported that “Sanoma” and its partners “Gruner + Jahr” and “Styria Media” have sold their joint venture “Adria Media Serbia” to a media house “Kurir”.

As it was announced, this transaction marked “Sanoma” withdrawal from the Serbian market.

This acquisition created a leading media company in the Western Balkans in the segment of daily newspapers, magazines and digital publications. Within the company there are two daily newspapers, 18 magazines and 14 digital editions.

Some of the editions of “Adria Media Serbia” are: Elle, Cosmopolitan, Story, Men`s Health, National Geographic, Sensa, Mama.

Otherwise, Russian “Vedomosti” also reported the sale of “Adria Media Serbia” to “Kurir”.
