Adria Media Group Ltd. is the biggest media company in West Balkans region, with the multimedia portfolio that comprises 57 print editions and 26 digital media projects. Following the development strategies and digital advertising trends we are looking for the right person in the position of:

Programmatic Sales Manager


• Responsible for the programmatic sales of the group portfolio
• Developing the network of demand partners
• Inventory forecasting and inventory management
• Build, maintain and optimize the revenue analytics infrastructure (comprised of sales analytics, inventory analytics & programmatic analytics)
• Identify and analyze the impact of market trends, identify and implement new opportunities to drive profitability, mitigate business risks, and quantitative decision making across various teams
• Manage programmatic arrangements from pre to post sales execution
• Analyze campaign performances & provide recommendations for future strategies
• Handle revenue controlling
• Play an active and collaborative role in the conception, development, rollout and optimization of new ad products
• Constantly learn and educate team and other departments on the evolving marketplace and trends
• Manage Google Analytics tools and translate traffic trends and user behavior into actionable insights and product recommendations to Digital Advertising and Marketing teams


• You are passionate about technology and programmatic sales
• Strong in building up a great relationship with partners and winning their trust
• Previous experience with a digital media product or online publishing
• Skilled in using analytics to drive product improvements and actionable insights
• Expertise with Google Tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
• Broad knowledge of marketing technology (such as cross device tracking, mobile remarketing, marketing automation)
• Experimented with innovative display and video formats
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Serbian & English)
• Skilled in web-based languages (HTML, JavaScript, etc.) a plus but not required
• Skilled in developing advertising products and other digital business models which are “ahead of the market”
• A team player and hands-on mentality person
