National Geographic Serbia magazine , one of editions of Adria Media Group company, has got the “Best Edit” recognition for the best local production, in competition of all international editorials of this prestigious magazine.
This award has been given to local editions of National Geographic magazine, and main criterion is to make a report with the highest journalistic standards by which this magazine is known for.
Serbian edition of National Geographic magazine has been published since 2006, and photo-essay by Marija Djokovic about women working in the Serbian mines has brought this award to Serbian magazine. This story is the first engagement of Marija Djokovic for the magazine National Geographic Serbia, and story about women working in mines will be published in next edition of National Geographic, on March 3rd.
