DUAL TRAINING: CUSTOM BUSINESS EDUCATION

What kind of education system is needed to our country and whether the dual education is the right way to meet the needs of companies and the real sector, were the main topics of Newsweek International Conference held on May 17, 2016. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

The Conference was attended by representatives of the largest domestic and foreign companies operating in Serbia, which together with German experts came to the conclusion that Serbia has very good high level of education, but lacks those with expert knowledge, which is to develop its economy and the successful continuation of European integration required to develop the area of dual education.

It was found that the development of practical skills and entrepreneurial spirit and harmonization of the education system with the needs of the economy the main prerequisites for Serbian economy has a more qualified workers and that this is the next step which is necessary to undertake.
