To be persistent, learn constantly, establish a clear aim and believe in yourself are key factors of success in business. This is the message that successful  women gave to the students of Faculty of Economics as part of the discussion “Success Starts Now”, organized by the magazine Cosmopolitan in cooperation with Aqua Viva. The aim of the discussions, which attracted great attention of students, especially female students, was to give young people ideas and concepts of successful careers in Serbia and how to build them. Dina Janevski and Adriana Despotović generously shared with the students tips on how to lead a successful career, while Slavica Squire pointed out that optimismis crucial for the success.
